E July-August, 2002 - Generate strategies & solutions for redistribution of existing space
(Library/City Hall buildings)
9 August, 2002 - Report to Bill for review before hiring space planning consultant
9 September, 2002 -Work with space planning consultant to develop options and
recommendation for Bill's review
0 September-October, 2002 - City staff updates information on all permitting, ADA, wetlands,
parking, etc. issues so there are NO surprises later!
0 October— December, 2002 -Work with consultant to update all cost estimates based on 04/05
remodel-relocation timing.
