Hello, Dennis.
I suggest we wait and see if Chuck prepares a Staff Report according to the schedule described below. If we
don't see anything from Chuck in the near future, I will prompt him again for a response.
Have a good week,
Chris

Dennis and Chris—I have not had a chance to go through the Tigard Library file—hard copy or electronic files-yet. As
far as the items you note below Chris, you are correct that Loren was not able to complete a Staff Report before he left.
I should be able to go through the file next week and in that process will begin to put together a Staff Report and review
Loren's recommendation per the proposed remedy. I may contact you and Dennis if any questions come up. My goal will
be to have a good draft of the Staff Report together for internal review by the end of next week.

Hello, Chuck.
The City of Tigard recently inquired about the status of DEQ's review of the City of Tigard library
project. Loren Garner was managing that project and it was transferred to you. Our understanding is that
Loren was satisfied that the RI was complete and he was satisfied with the proposed remedy. He informed us
1
R
that he was working on the Staff Memo and would publish the decsion shortly thereafter. I think Loren never
completed the memo.
Can you let us and the City of Tigard know when you think you will be able to pick up the project. The City is
looking forward to closing the books on this one.
Thanks,
Chris
