From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit numbers in the Record Number field, and click Search. There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee. Once paid, please notify us at tigardbuildingpermits@tigard- or.gov, and I will email the permit paperwork to you. Furthermore, the permit fees for both permits will need to be paid before we can issue either of them. Please let me know if you have questions. Importance: High Hi Kevin, Thank you. We are about to create the Mechanical permit and will route it for plan review shortly. As far as the Plumbing Permit Application goes, it will still need to be revised. Please see below: • The dishwasher needs to be added to the Commercial Fixture Work section on the second page. We will need to know if it is capped, added or replaced. • There are (2) floor drain/floor sinks/hub listed on the first page of the application. However, only (1) 3" floor drain/sink is listed in the Commercial Fixture Work section. Please confirm the quantities and revise the application. If there is a hub drain that is being installed, please list it below in the "Other Fixtures" field of the Commercial Fixture Work section. • Please add the (8) capped fixtures to the "Fixture/sewer cap" field on the first page of the application. If an entire line is being capped and all of those fixtures are being eliminated,then you can enter a quantity of(1) in the "Fixture/sewer cap" field as there would only be (1) cap inspection. Once you are finished revising the Plumbing Permit Application, feel free to email it back. Please let me know if you have questions. Kevin, 5 We accept the plans one way or the other, but not both ways. Since the plans are larger than 11"x 17" pages—the largest page we can print—we ask that the entire submittal be submitted in person to our drop box or mailed to us. It appears we did not receive the envelope with the calculations and Comcheck forms. We picked up all of the envelopes, and I confirmed that it is not in our possession. Since the applications were already emailed to us, I will accept the Building, electrical and Plumbing applications. However, Plumbing plan review is not required, and the Mechanical Permit Application will need to be revised to include the mechanical scope of work. Also, we will need to receive (2) sets of cut sheets for each type of mechanical unit. You are welcome to email the cut sheets to us as long as the total number of pages does not exceed (50) pages. Regarding a transmittal letter, one of ours is not required, but it is helpful to have information pertaining to the submittal. Would you like the Plumbing plans back? Hello Kevin, 6 • After calling the PKA Architects office, I was informed that you would be the contact associated with project number 201207. We received Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing permit plans yesterday associated with a tenant improvement for Providence, located at 7376 SW Durham Road. However, neither a transmittal letter nor permit applications were received with the plans, so these submittals were deemed incomplete. I have provided information below to help you with the resubmittal process: • Building permit: (1) completed Building Permit Application (attached above). All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing pages included with the tenant improvement plans will be stamped reference only. • Mechanical permit: (1) completed Mechanical Permit Application (attached above) and (2) sets of cut sheets. We do not require a plan review deposit at submittal. • Electrical permit: (1) Electrical Permit Application if plan review is required. We ask that you review the electrical permit application attached above to determine if plan review is required. If plan review is not required,the permit can be created online by the electrical contractor through our website: https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx. If the contractor has not worked in Tigard previously, we will need to add their licenses to our database before a permit can be created online. Please note that a plan review deposit will not be necessary. • Plumbing permit: (1) completed Plumbing permit application. Please note that plan review will likely not be required for a tenant improvement. However, we ask that you review the second page of the attached Plumbing Permit Application to determine when plan review is necessary. If plan review is not required, this permit may be issued over the counter once the contractor has been selected. Please note that the Commercial Fixture Work section on the second page of the application needs to be completed in order to determine if sewer system development charges apply. If sewer fees are assessed,the plumbing and sewer fees will both need to be paid before either permit can be issued. Lastly,we do not require a plan review deposit at submittal. Since the above submittals are incomplete, I have placed the plans in our open Permit Center conference room for you to pick up and resubmit to our drop box at your convenience. The completed submittals may be delivered to our Permit Center drop box between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays.
