The balance due is$733.37, and I have attached an invoice above for you to reference. These fees can be paid online at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number ELC2021-00630 under the Building tab. There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee. Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may issue this permit and make the site copy set of plans available for pick up. Please note that we will need the electrical contractor's licenses as well as the supervising electrician's signature on the application prior to permit issuance. I have also attached the application above for the supervisor to sign. In order to finish processing the permit, we need to request the completion of the Fee Schedule portion of the permit application. Once this has been done, please return it to Branden Taggart, copied in this email, and me, so that we can finish processing the permit for you. I also wanted to mention that we will need to have the contractor information, and that the application must be signed by the authorized signing supervisor, before we can issue the permit.
