The interior of the building at the above address is being remodeled for the existing tenant. The
pedestrian access to the building and some adjacent asphalt have been damaged by heaving tree
roots. The curbs, sidewalks and select areas of asphalt will be replaced. The layout is being altered to
improve access for parking and pedestrians.
The removal of trees and mitigation are under separate permit.
The total area of existing landscaping exceeds 15% and the new configuration will add more.
The total number of parking spaces will not be changed.
The current tenant occupancy is B and S-1.
