Correspondence Hello again Alex, Apologies for the many emails. Building department notified me that we are missing two things from your site plan for the demolition permit:the square footage of the existing building, and the valuation of the work being performed. Additionally, would it be possible for you to send a copy of the site plan that is slightly larger?The existing plan does not fill the 8.5" x 11" paper. Thank you! Our utility billing division has confirmed that the property is not being billed for public sanitary sewer(per email below) so the existing septic system must be shown on the attached site plan so that we can review and inspect the septic for proper decommission. Please show the location of the septic on the attached map and return to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we can complete building plan review. If you do not know the location, please contact the Washington County Environmental Health Department at 503-846-8722 for information. Once we have the revised site plan showing the septic location,the plans will be routed for engineering and final building review before we can make the permit ready to issue. Before we can issue the permit, planning has informed you that they require a Clean Water Services service provider letter be submitted prior to permit issuance. I have also attached a copy of the site plan example. Some of the information is not required, however we need to know at a minimum where the sanitary sewer and water utility lines are for inspection purposes.
