I could not find CDC Section 18.350 Residential Zone Development Standards.There is a CDC Section 18.210 but the setbacks listed in the attached Code Section for Applicant are not within CDC Section 18.210. My understanding is that the Good Neighbor Center is zoned R-12 and is closer in function to an apartment development than the other types of residential development.
