Please see attached items. Engineering worked with the applicant Fennelly to the fullest extent possible as a courtesy
in helping them gain clarity in submitting a proper PFI review package per city code.
They were unable to procure appropriate certified engineered stamped/signed plans for PFI submittal therefore, the
PFI review never took flight and the licant retracted the attempt at securing a Permit based on their refusal
to meet city requirements. Moreover, I can provide telephone call records between myself and Mr. Fennelly
regarcling his requests to have fees refunded. Ultimately, it is not my call to refund the PFI permit fec but the other
fees (in lieu of land use conditions and erosion control) should qualify for a full refund. If you have questions I'm
here.

To clarify, you want this permit PF12019-00359 voided and only the two fees highlighted below refunded, or do you
want to refund all three of the fees the customer paid on this permit (see attached payment history)?
The second receipt that you mention (426279) is from the land use case MLP2018-00005 and I don't have a request
from planning to void this permit or refund any fees so I will not process a refund for this permit at this time.
Please let me know which PFI fees to refund and please allow 4-8 weeks for processing.

The project got through land use but never got construction going because the applicant could not meet city
standards for PFI submittal and construction. Back in December, Nichole George was in a meeting with me, Trent,
and the applicant/architect trying to help them get things organized.
Turns out, they were unable to come up with a new way forward and the applicant is now selling the property.
The land use case number is MLP2018-00005 and the engineering case is PFI2019-00359.
The receipt numbers are:
