More than one business can be operated within a dwelling,but each business occupation must obtain a separate HOP permit.In addition,the
total combined area used for all Home Occupations cannot exceed 528sq.ft.or occupy more than 25%of the residential area.
NOT:The following activities are prohibited with any home occupation:
Storage and/or distribution of toxic or flammable materials,and spray painting or spray finishing operations that involve toxic or flammable
materials that in the judgment of the fire marshal pose a dangerous risk to the residence,its occupants,and/or surrounding properties.
(Individuals engaged in home occupations shall make available to the fire marshal for review the material safety data sheets that pertain to all
potentially toxic and/or flammable materials associated with the use.)

Ongoing mechanical repair conducted outside of an entirely-enclosed building
Junk and salvage operations.
Storage and/or sale of fireworks.
Offensive noise,vibration,smoke,dust,odors,heat or glare noticeable at or beyond the property line resulting from the operation.

I mistakenly put 3 commercial licensed vehicles. There will no commercial licensed vehicles.
My apologies, I forgot to attach the description. My business description is provided below:
I utilized my professional and non-profit Development experiences as an urban planning, economic development,
historic preservation, and local historian to help community builders realize their mission and purpose. Specifically, I
provide the following services:
-Small business development services
-Heritage planning and writing
-Exhibit planning and curator
-Land-use and property development services
The square footage of the office space is approximately 200 square feet. I hope
