Hello Caryl
Thank for your phone call and for forwarding a copy of the site plan that more clearly identifies the location of the three
structures that are to be demolished. Your message indicated that the market is 1114 square feet, the car wash is 839
square feet, and the fuel canopy if 4355 square feet. Is that correct? Once this has been confirmed, we will be able to
make the permit ready to issue.
Thank you

Hello Agnes and Kenny
In reviewing this case description and site plan for this permit, I realized that there are (3) separate structures to be
demolished and that they were not clearly identified and the square footage for each was not included on the site
plan. I requested more information and received the attached site copy. The square footage for the market is 1114,the
car wash is 839, and the fuel canopy is 4355. I have identified the structures on the approved site plans and indicated
the square footage for each. Should this now be submitted as a revision for further review?
Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions.
