The balance due is $821.82, and an invoice is attached above for you to reference. These fees can be paid online now at https://aca- prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number BUP2021-00043 under the Building tab. There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee. Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may reprint the revised permit and make the site copy set of plans available for pick up. The PDF plans appear to be sufficient enough for their review; however, having the physical copies to review is the most ideal situation so that the Planner can review the old and new plans together and approve the revision on the spot. We would appreciate it if you can submit what you attached above to our drop box— including (3) sets of plans like normal. I would print and submit what you attached above, but the largest size page we can print on is an 11" x 17" page, and the font is too small for us to read on this size of paper. 3 After we receive the physical copies, i will then add the original plans and other documentation needed to revise the permit for our Planning Department. We appreciate your effort and cooperation. Please let me know if you have questions.
