Pursuant to your request,we are providingthis letter to address the crawls ace foundation walls at sloping grade q p p g g ade conditions for lots in
the Trillium Community.It has been reported that when sloping grade conditions occur the concrete foundation walls at the side and
rear of the hope step down per the grade and have a 2x framed wall to the underside of the main floor framing.It has been requested
that a general detail be created to document the maximum allowable concrete wall and 2x framed wall heights.
Based on our evaluation,please see the following foundation detail for the required framed wall and concrete wall specifications for
the tall crawispace conditions.
