FIELD REPORT Page 1 of 1 GDI Project: Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: Zane Rogers Project Name: Roshak Ridge 6/30/2021 Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 194 Rogers Road, Tigard Arrival: 800 Departure: 830 Weather: Sun, 70s Permit#: TBA Site Visit Requested By: MEI Met With (on site): MEI Purpose: Observe lot 165-166 structural fill Outstanding Issues: FR-186 1/14/21 Park Slope Failure RESOLVED Upon arrival, I observed MEI had moisture completed fill operations and prepared structural fill within Lots 165 and 166 as indicated on the attached site plan. I observed MEI had moisture conditioned (dried), placed, and compacted approximately 4ft of fill on the north side of lots, tapering down to native material and cut within southern portion of lots. I used a Troxler 3430 nuclear density gauge to evaluate compaction and moisture of fill material. Tests were compared to an optimum dry density of 1 1 0pcf at 1 3.9% moisture. Tests performed within fill area met recommended compaction of 92% of optimum. After testing, I observed a proof roll of lot area using a fully loaded single rear axle water truck. In general, negligible deflection and no rutting was observed under proof roll. Based on observations and testing, it is our opinion that areas of structural fill observed today and where indicated on the attached site plan has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations Distribution: Attachments: Site Plan (1); NDGD(1) Reviewed by: This report presents opinions formed as a result of our observation of activities relating to geotechnical engineering or environmental services.
