Outstanding Issues: FR-186 1/14/21 Park Slope Failure On arrival, I observed subgrade had been prepared to final elevations, as indicated on the attached site plan. A skiff of rock had been placed over exposed subgrade. I used a %" diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the consistency of the subgrade. Resistance to penetration indicates generally medium stiff to stiff subgrade conditions. Subgrade appeared to consist of native brown clay and silt. Based on observations and probing, subgrade observed today and indicated on attached site plan are being prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
