Hello Kraig,
In review of the application packet I found the plumbing permit application is missing the plumbing fixtures identified on
the application (see attached). Please make corrections and email to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we
can route for plan review.
I also wanted to mention that there is a plumbing permit that was obtained online by True Blue Plumbing for re-
piping. This permit is separate from the plumbing fixture permit to be issued with the master building permit.
We also need the attached water meter fixture worksheet completed and emailed to our Utility Billing(UB)division at
UBOnlinepay@tigard-or.gov as soon as possible so that we can determine if the existing water meter needs to be
upsized to accommodate the added plumbing fixtures. If so, it will be a condition of the building permit that the upsized
water meter be installed prior to building final inspection. Please contact UB if you have any questions.
