Hello Vianna,
I spoke with the plumbing inspector and have a better understanding of what he is asking for. The original description
of work on the plumbing permit application was incorrect (venting 80 ft of sanitary sewer). This needs to be changed
to "relocate drain waste vents and add roof overflow storm drains". We will revise the existing site utilities
plumbing permit PLM2021-00382 to correct the scope of work.
I have attached an example of the plumbing permit application with information that you need to enter on the
attached blank application. Please complete the application, including job site, contractor information and enter the
description of work text including the actual number of roof drains in the description and in the right hand column
under'roof drain (commercial)'. For the relocation of all the drain waste vents (DWV) you will just enter(1).
Please return the completed permit application to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov and we will revise the permit
and contact you to collect the additional plumbing permit fees due.
