Since the scope of work includes demolition of a partition wall and doors, along with the installation of new plumbing
fixtures,we ask that you provide us with a valuation of the proposed work as we would with a normal tenant
improvement permit. If no actual work was taking place, and the permit was just for the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy,we would use the minimum valuation to base our fees off of. However, since this scope of work is
considered to be a tenant improvement permit, we will need a valuation to proceed. What is the valuation?
