Hello Klarissa,
I have reviewed the revised permit applications and the following are items that we need:
• Site plan: (3) copies of site plan, drawn to scale, no larger than 11x17 (see page 2 of attached application for
details).
• Primary dwelling addition: On electrical permit application we need to know the actual number of items to be
installed and/or altered as only new dwelling construction (not additions) is charged electrical fees by the square
footage. Please let us know if you are replacing any service panel or feeders, and how many branch circuits will
be added or altered to complete the addition.
• ADU: On electrical permit application, (1) service panel is listed, however we also need to know the number of
branch circuits that will be added or altered for this space. Please let us know and we can add this to the permit
application.
Please email the above information to TigardBuildingPermits@tgard-or.gov. Once we have this information the
application and plans will be routed for planning review, and then on to building review.

Hi Klarissa,
A permit technician was finally able to download the file, however the application takes up only a portion of the page,
and the documents are too dark to read and scan for public records so we cannot accept the electronic files.
We recommend that you submit the actual documents to the drop box in the lobby of the Permit Center, Monday-
Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary.
Please note that you need to cross off the address on each application that does not apply to the work indicated on the
application.

Thank you for your email.
1. I wrote to the architect, and he's quite sure that the corrected version that we turned in is correct. He writes, "It was
originally 22x34 so it has been reduced 50%to fit on tabloid. They probably didn't print it correctly (ie: fit to printer
margins vs 50%) is my guess.The plan should be at 3/32nd scale since it was originally at 3/16th...." Please let me know
if there is more I can do to support this.
2. I reached out to Clean Water Services earlier in our process, and they assured me that I would not be needing to
utilize them as we are not proposing to create more than 1,000 sq feet of impervious area. (Indeed, they encouraged us
that if we were at the cusp of 1,000 to stay beneath that threshold due to the significant increase of work it would entail
if we would have gone over 1000 sq. feet.)
3. I will follow up with an erosion plan.
