Technical /Production Application Selection 100%Complete The following applications have been chosen to add the necessary functionality to the Hijau Classroom Partnership website: Server Platform: Windows 2000 Advance Server&IIS 5.x Database Server: MySQL 4.x Programming Language: PHP Discussion Boards: PHP BB Photo Gallery: PHP Gallery All applications,with the exception of the server platform,are distributed at no cost. Preliminary.Design/Structure 100%Complete The preliminary design and structure for the website is complete.Changes due to feedback or different requirements may alter the design.Please see Appendix A,B,C,D Security Framework 50%Complete PHP BB includes a security component that can be modified to serve as the security framework for the entire website. Student/Teacher Article Upload 15%Complete The database schema for storing the articles is complete. Language Room 0%Complete No progress to report Picture Gallery 80%Complete The picture gallery application design needs to be customized to fit the look and feel of the website. The gallery's security system needs to be modified slightly to function within the global security framework. Discussion Groups 80%Complete The discussion group application design needs to be customized to fit the look and feel of the website. Content Workflow 0%Complete New content that is added to the website needs to be edited and approved before being posted on the website.This workflow needs to be developed with the input of school administrators. Bahasa/English Translation 0%Complete Static elements of the website need to be translated from English to Bahasa.The assistance of a translator is required. Words and phrases are needed for the Language Room. Project Contacts 0%Complete Representatives are needed from both Indonesia and Tigard to provide input and suggestions to Improve the usability and functionality of the website. Domain Name 0%Complete A domain name(Internet address)needs to be determined and purchased.Previous suggestions for a domain name were: -www.hiiauclassroom.com -www.hiiauclass.com School Pictures 0%Complete Pictures of each school are needed.These pictures will go on the home page.
