Can you please confirm this section is correct? After reviewing the plans just now, I believe I may have answered my questions. The missing floor drain in question is actually a 2" hub drain, which is grouped with the floor drains on the Plumbing Permit Application, but not assessed SDC fees-- unlike a floor drain or floor sink. Regarding the sinks, It appears both sinks are existing. Were the sinks replaced or relocated? If they were replaced, we would assess Plumbing permit fees, but not sewer SDC fees. If the plumbing fixtures were not replaced or relocated, then we can remove them from the Plumbing Permit Application fees. Our Plans Examiner added these fees, but the plans show them as existing. Also, it appears someone on our end had a conversation with someone after the plans and application were submitted. We changed the floor drains/floor sinks/hubs to a total of(4) on the application instead of(3) in the plans. Lastly, we will need to know who completed the work. I could not locate a plumbing license that is associated with your company, Centrex Construction. Ray with Carrier Plumbing mentioned that they did not complete the interior plumbing. Who completed the plumbing work? We will need the contractor's CCB number and plumbing license number before we can issue this permit. I will be on vacation for the next two weeks. The only plumbing plan review submittal we received for Well & Good Coffee, located at 7357 SW Beveland Road, was the one you submitted, and the permit fees were never paid or the permit issued. Centrex Construction never submitted a separate Plumbing permit. However, I see that they designed the plans that we approved. Plan review was completed by our Plans Examiner, but the permit was never issued. At this stage, we will need to issue this permit considering the work is already complete. I can invoice the fees for payment as soon as the issues from my October 15, 2020 email are addressed from my email below. After the fees are paid, and the permit is issued, our Inspector will complete the inspections to the best of his abilities. Please let me know if you have questions.
