It is good to move to building". I don't have access to the email because it was communication between just you and Nikki. Can you or Nikki complete the attached intake routing form so that we can create the permit and route for review? Thank you. Hello! Would you mind pointing me to the ordinance that discusses when a site work permit is needed? The application itself only mentions activities we don't yet need to engage in and that our builders will be submitting permits for in the next couple of weeks. Thank you! Once the permit is issued, Clean Water Services will inspect measures are in place (such as protecting the storm drains as shown in the photos) and give approval for site work to commence. Here is some information regarding the site work permit submittal process: • Complete, sign and provide the project valuation on the attached site work permit application. • Submit (3) copies of a site plan, drawn to scale, no larger than 11 x 17, showing erosion control measures(see attached documents for example of site plan and erosion control). We require hardcopies of all application and plan documents be submitted to a drop box in the lobby of the Permit Center, Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary and no fees are due at application submittal. Once the permit is approved, the permit technicians will contact you when the permit is ready to issue and with instructions to pay fees online. Thank you. 2 Dianna L. You need to submit an erosion control plan, obtain a site work permit from the City of Tigard Building Department 503-718-2439 and implement erosion control measures ASAP. 3 You also need to delineate, i.e. clearly mark off, the sensitive lands area on your property to avoid accidental disturbance and impacts.
