See below for response to the other items to be considered. • According to Clean Water Services fee schedule, because the property(with increased number of bedrooms)can be served by a 3/4" or less water meter, there will be no additional sanitary sewer EDUs assessed. • Adult foster care homes inside of an existing residential dwelling where additional bedrooms are added does not change the use to a 'multi-family' dwelling, therefore no parking changes are required for engineering approval. Thanks for your assistance and have a great day! Dianna L. The meter will not need to increase in size. Building- please let Utility Billing know the new sewer EDU count for 8 bedrooms. Will this change the property from a residential to a multi-residential property with that many bedrooms and no living room? Also, need to find out from Engineering if this will increase the street spaces billed.
