Hi Michele,
The site superintendent had informed the inspector that the sales trailer would be placed on a foundation, however it
has been reported that the sales trailer remains on wheels and the structure was not placed on a foundation. We do not
regulate structures on wheels,or the ramp leading to them so we will need to void these permits.
Please complete the attached request to void permits for both CMS2020-00002 and BUP2020-00812 and return to me,
unless there are plans to remove the wheels.

I just received word from my builder, we will not be connecting the toilet to the sewer. There is a holding tank that is
cleaned out once a month- no sewer connection needed.

Michelle,
I noticed that the Plumbing Permit Description said, "water connection for sales trailer toilet." Instead of the backflow
preventer fee,there will be a sanitary sewer fee if there is more than 30 ft. of sanitary sewer(30 ft.of sewer is covered
by the CMS permit for the sales trailer placement). So, we will need to know the linear feet of sanitary sewer for the
sewer connection. And,there will be a sewer connection fee of$5,835.00 associated with the plumbing permit. When
the sales trailer is removed, the SDC fees will be credited at that time. A Demo permit will need to be obtained in order
to receive the credits, and you can use (2) copies of the site plan that was submitted for the placement of the trailer for
the demolition permit. Please note that the demo permit must pass the final inspection to receive credits towards the
new residential structure.

Furthermore, I noticed that there will be a ramp for the sales trailer. In this case, a Building permit is also required for
the ramp. I have attached our Commercial Building Permit Application above for you to complete. Please let me know if
you have questions.
