I will work with Julie on this one. I looked over the email chain, and here is what I found:
• The address provided was"0885" in the first email, and they left off the 1. The correct address is 10885 SW
Meadowbrook Drive. It's enabled in Accela, but it does not come up in maps.
• This permit is for siding and other repair work, so site plans and MEP permits are not applicable. Depending on
the scope of work, Calculations may not be as well.
• I recall Julie asking about this one now,and I mentioned that separate permits are created for separate
addresses. I think she misconstrued this part by telling them, "Each building must be submitted separate." We
will have them submit(3)sets of plans total for all of the buildings and then (1) permit application per each
building.
• Plans needed is not new. They must be thinking of Re-roof permits.

I recall that we have allowed applicants to submit one site plan for multiple buildings, and there were three phases so
they submitted one site plan and one set of plans for each phase, and identified the building numbers (on the
application, site plan and plans) for each phase. My understanding was that all phases were complete.
What I can't recall is what specific project this was for. There are so many`Summerfields' that it is first important to as
the applicant to identify the specific project name and confirm that with an address of one of the buildings. There are
'Summerfield Apartments', `Summerfield Condominiums' and Fountains and Summerfield'.
Also, this may have to wait until you are on site tomorrow and can look at the plans if it is the one I am thinking
of. Branden is most familiar with these types of projects so I would work with Branden when you are in the office
tomorrow to see if this is a continuation of the three-phase project or something brand new.

I have been in contact with Bridget, regarding removing and replacing siding and windows, and repairing hidden damage
to building and balcony structure, for the Summerfield Apartments. The original submittal does not indicate a specific
building number, however,they want to submit for the remainder of the project by providing valuation only, without
plans. She stated that In the past this was not a requirement when working on multiple buildings, she would like to know
if this is this a new protocol, and also stated that the last permit was pulled was for two separate buildings and they only
needed one permit. I was wondering if this is an exception to the rule regarding submitting for each building separately,
with required plans for each submittal.

To submit for the new project at the Summerfields Apartments, please complete and submit the attached building
permit application along with (3)copies of the site plan, (3) copies of the building plans, and (2) copies of any
required structural calculations. You may contact our commercial plans examiner,Tom Hochstatter, at 503-718-2432
or tomh@tieard-or.eov with any questions that you may have about building plans and structural calculations. He

can also assist you with any questions that you have regarding plans for any mechanical work,which would require
the submittal of the attached mechanical permit application, (2)sets of plans, and (2)sets of product cut sheets.
I have also attached the electrical and plumbing permit applications for you as well. Please refer to plan review
requirement portion of the electrical and plumbing permit applications to determine if plan review will be
