Should conflicts arise and redesign or relocation of facilities be necessary, it shall be done at the applicants expense. Corrective work shall be done at the applicant's expense. The application is showing a road Closure on Sheffield Circle. Can the work be performed without closing the road? A road closure permit requires approval from City Engineer, Police Chief plus an updated TC/detour plan and notification to any applicable public agencies. When do you plan on doing the work and how long will the work last? Just an FYI,typical review time for Road Closure permits is 2 weeks from date of submittal.
