Regarding the garbage disposal, it is included on the plumbing permit (see attached invoice) but it will not be counted as an added fixture on the sewer tally sheet. Per Clean Water Services rules, if it is a domestic garbage disposal being used in a break room sink that is non-food related (meaning use like in a restaurant)then we only charge for the sink on the sewer tally sheet, which saves on SDC costs.
