Hello Kim,
I am performing the final 'post-review' on this permit and I have some items that require a response.
Stormwater Agreement: In the permit application packet there was a blank 'private stormwater facilities
5 G 5( agreement' form between the City of Tigard and property owner that gets recorded. This is not a form that is
for required by the building division. Do you know which department required this document to be completed,
frC signed and recorded?
I •/Water Meter Worksheet: The property is in the Tualatin Valley Water District(TVWD)so you will need to
1 complete the attached form and email to them at customerservice(@tvwd.org to determine if the current water
meter needs to be upsized for the new dwelling. In your email to TVWD please let them know that the previous
address of the demolished dwelling was 9205 SW 74th Ave, and the new dwelling address is 9209 SW 74th
Ave. Once they determine the required meter size, please email TVWD's response to us at
TigardBuildingPermits@tgard-or.gov.
• "Demo Permit: Demolition permit BUP2021-00123 was issued and is pending final erosion control inspection
r,j which is scheduled for 8/6/2021. Once this inspection receives a PASS, a final building inspection will need to be
‘`_`4 y‘ scheduled and receive a PASS before we can credit the transportation and parks system development charges

Hi Dianna,
I'm working on submitting the water meter form to TVWD. I will let you know when they reply.
I don't know anything about the stormwater agreement. Let me know if you need me to do anything with it.
Thanks so much! We'll be in touch.

Hello!
I emailed TVWD on Wed and haven't heard back. If you had to guess, how far away do you think we are on getting this
permit? Could the response from TVWD push back the permit further? Just trying to gage how much longer it will take.
Thanks!
