I confirmed with our Utility Billing(UB) division that the property was not billed for public sewer and it was on septic, and the water service is Tualatin Valley Water District but our UB notes that the property was on a well. The demo permit was never inspected to confirm that all debris was removed and septic properly decommissioned so we have expired the permit. Since construction of the subdivision has commenced, we cannot confirm this, and fortunately,the demo permit is not over 10 years old so we will allow demo credits for transportation and parks for(1) dwelling unit. Please let us know which lot you want these credits applied to so that we can make notes on the demo permit and the new construction permit (that has not yet been issued) in our system. I see three lots in pending status that the credits can be applied towards: lots 6&9 under review, and lot 9 in post review and waiting to be invoiced. Also, if you want the credits applied to a lot that has not yet been submitted, please indicate the 'demo credits apply from BUP2012-00086 apply towards this permit' in the description of work.
