EODESIGN FIELD REPORT Page 1 of 2 GDI Project: j Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: Sam Freeman Project Name: Roshak Ridge 10/21/2020 Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 180 Rogers Road, Tigard Arrival: 0950 Departure: 1035 Weather: i Overcast, 50's Permit#: Site Visit Requested By: Rob (Taylor Morrison) Met With (on site): Rob (Taylor Morrison), Kevin (KRB) Purpose: Observe subgrade, lots 128-129 Outstanding Issues: On arrival I observed earthwork crew had excavated to approximate design subgrade elevation for lots 128 and 129 (see site plan). I observed a thin skiff(1-3") of crushed concrete/gravel had been laid over subgrade. Where exposed, I observed to subgrade to consist of brown silt with trace to minor sand and gravel. I probed the subgrade through the rock with a%"diameter steel foundation probe. Resistance to penetration indicates generally medium stiff to very stiff subgrade conditions. I observed the subgrade and rock skiff to be generally firm under foot. Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that the subgrade observed today, as indicated on the attached site plan, has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
