FIELD REPORT DoO 4 - 1 13,5 Page 1 of 2 GDI Project: Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: Andrew Sidelinger Project Name: Roshak Ridge 10/1/2020 Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 179 Rogers Road, Tigard Arrival: 1 100 Departure: 1 145 Weather: Sunny, 60-70s Permit#: Site Visit Requested By: Adrian Adams (Taylor Morrison) Met With (on site): Adrian, Curtis Heintz crew Purpose: Observe subgrade, building 14 Outstanding Issues: I arrived on site and met with Adrian (Taylor Morrison). I was directed to the location of building 13 (lots 77-81) where crews had prepared subgrade for the building slab(see attached site plan). I observed subgrade to consist of brown silt with trace gravel and sand. Resistance to penetration with%" diameter steel foundation probe indicates stiff conditions. Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that the subgrade observed today, as indicated on the attached site plan, has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
