WISIDESIGM FIELD REPORT Page 1 of 1 GDI Project: Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: Dan Boileau Project Name: Roshak Ridge 1/15/2021 Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 187 Rogers Road, Tigard Arrival: 1245 Departure: 1315 Weather: Overcast 50's Permit#: TBA Site Visit Requested By: Adrian Adams (Taylor Morrison) Met With (on site): Adrian Purpose: Observe lots 87-91 footing subgrade Outstanding Issues: FR-186 1/14/21 Park Slope Failure *RCSOVLED* On arrival, I observed subgrade had been prepared to final elevations within Building 1 (Lots 87-91), as indicated on the attached site plan. Adrian indicates water had been removed from footings and footing subgrade had been over-excavated resulting in up to 12" crushed rock section. 3/"-0 crushed rock had been placed in footing base and compacted. I used a %" diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the consistency of the subgrade base on side walls. Resistance to penetration indicates generally medium stiff to stiff subgrade conditions. Resistance to penetration in granular pads indicates dense to very-dense conditions. Rock was well keyed and firm under foot. I observed standing water (-8-12") within spread footing excavations as shown on the attached site plan. Probing through water indicates generally stiff subgrade conditions. We recommend water is removed and any potential remaining slough and/or muck is removed from footing base prior to footing pour. Based on observations and probing, footing subgrade and granular pads observed today and indicated on attached site plan are being prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations provided aforementioned recommendations are enacted.
