GDI Project: Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: Dan Boileau
Project Name: Roshak Ridge 3/19/2021
Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 188
Rogers Road, Tigard
Arrival: 0800 Departure: 0845
Weather: Overcast 50's Permit#: TBA
Site Visit Requested By: Rob (Taylor Morrison) Met With (on site): Rob (phone)
Purpose: Observe lots 181 and 180 footing subgrade
Outstanding Issues: FR-186 1/14/21 Park Slope Failure
On arrival, I observed subgrade had been prepared to final elevations, as indicated on the attached site plan. A
skiff of rock had been placed over exposed subgrade. I used a %Z" diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate
the consistency of the subgrade based on side walls. Resistance to penetration indicates generally medium
stiff to stiff subgrade conditions. Subgrade appeared to consist of native brown clay and silt.
Based on observations and probing, footing subgrade observed today and indicated on attached site plan are
being prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations provided aforementioned
recommendations are enacted.
