This bulletin provides response to RFI's, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans &the information & construction photos provided by Polygon, the
existing two cripple studs located under the beam and header should be face nailed to the adjacent
king stud using (2) rows 10d @ 16" O.C. Additionally, one additional cripple stud should be face
nailed to the single cripple stud located on the opposite side of the electrical panel (mid-span of the
header) using (2) rows 10d @ 16" O.C..
