C DESIGN FIELD REPORT Page 1 of 1 GDI Project: Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: k Justin Juggert Project Name: Roshak Ridge 12/17/2020 Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 184 Rogers Road, Tigard Arrival: 1000 Departure: j 1030 Weather: Clear, 40s Permit#: Site Visit Requested By: Rob (Taylor Morrison) Met With (on site): , Rob(Taylor Morrison) Purpose: Observe subgrade, Lot 132 Outstanding Issues: Upon arrival I observed subgrade within Lot 132 had been prepared to final elevation. Subgrade appeared to consist of brown silt with varying amounts of crushed rock (placed/ compacted during fill/ mass grading operations). I also observed crews had placed a skiff(1 -2inches) of crushed rock as cover over subgrade. I used a Y2" diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the consistency of the subgrade. Resistance to penetration indicates generally very stiff to stiff subgrade conditions. Based on observations and probing, it is our opinion that Lot 1 32 subgrade observed today and where indicated on the attached site plan is being prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations Distribution: Attachments: Site Plan (1) Reviewed by: This report presents opinions formed as a result of our observation of activities relating to geotechnical engineering or environmental services.
