There is a 3% service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee. These fixtures would go in the"Capped" column. The capped fixtures will reduce the sewer SDC fees substantially. Also, please revise the first page of the application and place these fixtures in the"Fixture/sewer cap" field on the first page of the application. The Description of work on the Mechanical Permit Application does not describe the mechanical scope of work. Please revise the application and send it with the plans. Also, please note that we will be recycling this application. • Electrical permit: After reviewing the scope of work on the Electrical Permit Application, plan review is not required. This permit will need to be created online by the electrical contractor once they have been selected. The permit can be created online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx. If the electrical contractor has not worked in Tigard previously, we will need to add their licenses to our database before a permit can be created.
