Verizon Wireless would like to modify one of their existing cells sites located at the
address above. Land use is not required as this is exempt under#1 of TDC
18.798.030 (Exemptions) where "existing towers and antennas and any repair,
reconstruction or maintenance of these facilities which do not create a significant
change in visual impact".
