Gaarde Street Mr. David Rocheleau, Cooper Mountain Water District Miss Cheryl Beshears, Tigard Times The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Acting Chairman Nicoli. Mr. and Mrs. Dooley appeared before the Board to express dissatis- faction about their water being turned off for 6 hours due to non-payment of a press-valve. Commissioner Schwartz stated that the TWD has now `n, been paid for the valve and the 3 meters moved 8 inches off the Dooley's property on to an easement. He stated, further, that any future com- plaints or allegations from the Dooley's about the district or its employees should be submitted in writing and appropriate action will be taken by the Board. Mrs. Brazauski appeared before the Board to request financial relief on her water bill due to an undetected leak. A credit of $24.60 was granted. Motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the last meeting, as written. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made and seconded to pay the vouchers. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made and seconded to grant Cooper Mountain Water District a partial water right to pump 12-acre-feet (about 4 million gallons) annually from their own well with the provision that Cooper Mountain pay all legal fees and costs incurred in transferring this water right. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made and seconded to revert to the approval of alternative #3(b) as presented in the Administrator's report of September 10, 1974. This alternative provided for 3 property owners (Phildius, Steel, and Moffatt) and the Tigard Water District to share equally in the cost of an 800-foot water main extension along S. W. 113th Avenue. Motion carried unanimously. (Benz decided not to participate). Discussion was held on engineering for proposed 5-million gallon reservoir and purchase of water from the Scoggin Dam in 1975. Motion was made to adjourn at 9:06 p.m./ Motion c cried unanimously.
