Oregon Bank Building Re: Proposed construction of
Portland, Oregon 97204 24" main to Tigard
Gentlemen:
The Board of Commissioners, Tigard Water District, has reviewed
the needs of the district and believes now that it would not be in the
bests interests of the district to participate in the cost of the subject
pipe line. Accordingly, any Tigard Water District offers, proposals, or
commitments regarding this pipe line submitted prior to this date are
hereby rescinded.
It is believed that the withdrawal of this district will simplify the
coordination of the participants, reduce the length of required pipe line,
and provide for a more equitable distribution of costs. The project appears
to be worthwhile and should benefit all remaining participates. Good luck.
Very truly yours,
P
Robert E. antee, Administrator
