August 11, 1954

The meeting was opened in the regular manner by the President.
C.L.Osborne moved and D.L'J.Proebstal seconded that the minutes be a
approved as read. The motion carried.
.-„ H.J.Heffron moved and C.L.Osborne seconded that the J.P.Lohrenz the __
Supt. be given a ten percent increase in salary, until conditions "` , '
warrent another increase. The motion carried.
The Board unamiously decided that R.D.Laws br requested to pay the
regular out side of the district fee of 20.9..60 for his meter inst-

allation. The District will pay back to him :; 160.00 if the territory
goes into the district.
C.L.Osborne moved and D.Yv.Prohbstel seconded that the pipe line on
Former Road be extended and connected to the main on Christensen. Road.
The size of the pipe to be four inches. The motion carried.
D.W.Proebstel moved and C.L.Osborne seconded that the bills be paid as
listed. The motion carried.
D.W.Proebstel moved and H.J.Heffron seconded that the meeting adjourn.
The motion carried.
