The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Tigard Water District, Washington County, Oregon, was held at The First Bank of Tigard, Tigard, Oregon at 7: 30 PM December 14th, 1939. PRESENT. Chairman Johnson and C6mmissioners Leslie, Lewis, Schubring and Vincent. MINUTES. of meeting of November 9 1939 read and approved. REPORT OF SUPERINTENDENT. for November 1939 received and filed. OUTSIDE USERS RATES Ordered, that the rates for users outside of the water district would be $ 1.90 for first three hundred feet and 60 cents for each additional one hundred feet or fraction thereof. Carried. ELECTION CANVAS Ordered: that it is hereby found and declared: that the regular annual election for commissioner was duly called and held on December 4 1939: that the returns thereof were duly made to and canvassed by this Board: that the total vote cast thereat for the office of commissioner for the term ending January 1 1945 was as follows: G M Leslie 25 votes; for commissioner for the unexpired term ending January 1 1943 was as follows: A Schubring 24 votes. No other votes being cast: G M Leslie and A chubring �., were duly elected thereto. Ordered: that the secretary issue a certificate of election in accordance with this finding. Carried. Commissioners-elect G M Leslie and A Schubring qualified for the office to which they were elected by taking and subscribing the oath of office as hereto attached. By unanimous vote, the following were elected officers of the Board for the ensuing year: CHAIRMAN Emil A Johnson :ECRETARY G M Leslie TREASURER A H Vincent. Salary of Secretary. Ordered that the salary of the Secretary be ten (1110.00) per month effective January 1 1940. Carried. OUTSIDE APPLIC.,TIONS.
