April 15, 1946
The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the Tigard Fater District was held at the High School at Tigard ,
Oregon at 8:30 PM, April 15, 1946 . Meeting called to order .
PRESENT
Chairman Cook and Commissioners Anicker , Barber, Dietrich
and Hamilton.
Minutes of the twenty-first regular meeting were read
and corrections suggested as follows : Third paragraph of minutes
of previous meeting corrected to read where reference is made to
the retaining of Mr . Carter as Engineer, to show that his services
were to be retained at a figure of not to exceed $500 .00 for
plans for a pipe line from Metzger's 10" main to a reservoir
located on the high ground east of Tigard; almto assist in
securing appropriate location for reservoir. a- -

Account and Collector's report read and approved .
Motion made by Dietrich, seconded by Hamilton , after
considerable discussion, to invite Mr. George Leslie to appear
at the next regular meeting to assist in straightening out the
interested members in the interpretation of the ledger books .
Motion carried 5 to 0. All bills read and approved but for Guy
Chatfield's , J . R. O'Brien and Gay Lawson's; these bills to be
withheld until withholding tax be ascertained .

Niielr Moved by Dietrich that books be audited back to last audit,
seconded by Anicker. During the question, motion changed to read ,
"from as far back as auditor feels that a check be made to the present
date". This motion supersedes the motion made by Ex-Commissioner
Carpenter and seconded by Ex-Commissioner Hunziker of Dec . 11, 1945
that the Account and Collector's books be audited by a Public
Accountant from Oct. 1, 1944 to Dec . 15, 1945. Motion carried 5 to
0.
Motion made by Commissioner Barber that meeting be adjourned ,
seconded by Hamilton. Motion carried.
