06/17/1946 - Minutes TWENTY-FOURTH REGULAR MEETING,
June 17, 1946,
Meeting called to order at 8:00 EU by Harold Cook.
Reading of the minutes was dispensed with.

Chairman Cook, Commissioners Anicker, Barber & Dietrich.
Hamilton absent.
John Chinook was absent, but his brother represented
him. Mr . Chinook read the budget as prepared .
Peter W. Heintz , John Edward Lenz , James Willock,
Flelwyn Mitchell , C . F. Selliken, John C . knicker , Harold.
Cook, E. A. Dietrich and J . S . Barber were present representing
Budget Committee. The third Monday was to be an open meeting
for discussion of the Budget of :;AO , 350,00 . Harold Cool moved - "
that the Budget be accepted . Jietrich seconded - motion
carrierd .
:John Anicker moved that bills be paid . Motion carried .

Barber brought up the question of bonds for Superin-
tendent and Secretary-Treasurer . Barber made a motion that
one-thousand dollarblanket bond. be purchased . Anicker seconded -
motion carried .
Mr. Carter reported on the progress on the negotiation
of the property for the new tank. Negotiations will go through
and, there will be a written report fo.. the July meeting.
Barber moved that we accept Superintendent' s report.
Motion carried .
Moved that we purchase 500 feet of 3/4 inch copper
,or tubing and so ordered .
Barber moved that we adjourn. Motion carried .
