Meeting called to order by Chairman Cook.
Minutes of regular fleeting of December 10th approved as read.
Motion made and carried to accept report of Cash and Disburserrents and
delinquent report of December 31, 1947.

Blevins reported on work at well. Pump has been re-leveled and the
6" valve cut down to a 4" valve -- it is working fine now. The tank is
tilted 110" to 16", but hasn't affected connections. sir. Blevins has

In December it 'ras necessary to send final notices to 19 users, who at the end of
December when statements were mailed, owed three months. Of the 19, it was necessary
to turn off water on 3 users. These users have since paid all or part of their bills
and water has been turned on again. Charge of 01.00 each has been made on these three
as a turn-on charge, inaccordance with Rules and 'lulations District.
