August 11, 1948 .-
Present: Chairman Cook, Board Members Selliken, Osborne, Barber,
Attorney Wheelock, Supt. Dickson, Mrs. Hall.
Meeting called to order by Chairman Cook.
Minutes of June 9, June 23rd and Budget meeting of June 23rd approved
as read. Minutes of July 27th special meeting approved as read.
Motion made by Mr. Barber, seconded by Mr. Osborne that Cash and Di sbu rs e-
ment report for the months of June and Jelly 1948 be accepted and placed on
file. Motion ca.rrie d.
Motion made and carried that auditor's report be accepted with thanks.
