Mr. Osborne reported on his findings regarding the pump and concrete foundation
construction. He also brought up findings on checking water at tank - no trace
of oil in the top of the tank, but found a dirty gray scum on side of tank at
bottom . Mr. Dickson stated this scum breaks off from side of tank and mixes
with water. Mr. Dickson instructed to het sample and send to State board of
Health for analysis.
Mr. Selliken suggested we secure another tank like the one we have, put it up
on timbers off the ground and use one of the tanks as an auxiliary tank, so one
tank could be emptied and cleaned and painted, while the other was in operation.
Mr. Osborne to look into securing tank through r'tar Assets Administration.
