The Supt J.1 .Lobrenz was advised to contact the ^eo,`1e ?.rho have water .eters installed, but do not use them, and if they no not intend to "" use them, that the meters be removed. If these customers want water later on the meter is to be but bac': in service free of charge. The Auditor Donald E. Kontz was given the floor to discass and answer questions in re,rard to the annual audit. le also „ros>osed several changes in some of our methods of accounting. The original de �osit slip is to be given to the bank, the second copy wra-,ped around the bill stubs and turned over to the Supt . the third copy to be retained by the Super- Ette mkt . for their records. It was suggested by the Comm- issioners , that if this arrangement is satisfactory to the Super- Ette Ivikt. that it will meet with thEbu}r aa -roval. The auditor Donald E. Kontz proposed that the Supt. be given authority to write checks on the Renters Deposit account so that the Renters accounts could be settled quicker. As a result of this discussion C. L. Osborne moved and Commissioner Darwin Shinn seconded that a charfund of twenty five dollars (: 25.00) from the general fund be cha ged to the Sunt. to handle the henter' s accounts. The motion carried. A motion was made by Commissioner Darwin Shinn and seconded by Commissioner M. D. Lewis that the compensation of the Auditor shall be as follows:- 1 St.- Ten dollars for each meeting he attends. 2 nd4 - One hundred and twenty five dollars for the annual audit. 3 rd.- For additional services performed , computed upon the basis of twenty five dollars per day. The motion carried. As there was no futher business Commissioner C . L. Osborne moved and Commissioner Raymond Meyers seconded that the meeting adjourn. The motion carried.
