September 10, 1952
Present, D.W.Proebstel, George R. Young, Raymond Meyers Commissioners,
J.P.Lohrenz Supt. C.E.Wheelock Atty.Donold E.Kontz Aud. and a visitor
Mr Hammond. Absent C.t;Osborne and Darwin Shinn.
The meeting was called to order in the regular manner by the acting
President D.W.Proebstel.
Mr Hammond was given the opportunity to present his request. He wanted
... to find out if water could be supplied to the Stein farm on Bend Road,
and what would be a rough estimate of the cost. D.W.Proebstel told the
Atty. Mr. C.E.Wheelock to write him a letter stating that the cost
wouldbe approximately 2.00 per foot. Also Mr. Hammond was told that
the feasibility of the project would have to be determined by our
engineer. If water can be supplied Mr. Hammond stated that approximately
fifty houses would be built.
Raymond Meyers moved and Beorge R. Young seconded that the bills be
paid. The motion carried.
Raymond Meyers moved and George R. Young seconded that the meter in-
stallation charge with in the district be raised to sixty dollars (60.00)
starting January first 1953 . The motion carried.
As there was no futher business George R. Young moved and Raymond
Meyers seconded that the meeting adjourn. The motion carried.
