07/08/1953 - Minutes One Hundreth and Seventh Regular Meeting Tigard Water District July $, 1953 Present, D.W.Proebstel, President, C .L.Osborne, C.E.Janoe, Darwin Shinn, Commissioners, J.P.Lohrenz, Supt. and Mr. Richardson Atty. The meeting was opened in the regular manner by the President. The minutes o.'i the previous meeting were read and approved. C .L.Osborne caoved Darwin Shinn seconder, that the Supt. be authorized to purchase the' necessary equipment toexend the pump pipe at Well #1 as far as the engineers will recommend. The c :• of-tet well extends to a depth of approximately 385 feet, while the pump propellers are at a depth of 300 feet. The motion carried. The President gave a letter received from Donald E. Kontz relative to the charges for the next audit to the Sec. to be read to the Board. The letter stated that he wants $250.00 for the audit. After a brief dis- cussion about the matter the Board decided to have Lir. Kontz present at the next regular meeting of the Board, to discuss thematter futher. C.L.Osborne moved, C.E.Janoe seconder, that the bills be paid as listed. The motion carried. As there was no futher business C.L.Osborne moved , Darwin Shinn seconder that the meeting adjourn.
