1. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. December's minutes were approved.
3. City updates:
a. Arbor Day celebration- March 15th, Tuesday at Metzger Elementary
School.
b. Friends of Trees tree planting dates at Bonita Park- January 29th
February 27th and March 19tH
c. Community Development updates
1) Ash Creek Gates
2) Alberta Rider Elementary School
3) Stonechase
4. Chapter 18 revisions discussion
5. Agenda for January's meeting
a. Approve January's meeting minutes
b. City updates
c. Chapter 18 discussion as per City Council's direction
