Narrative for Temporary Encroachment Permit -John Snyder
I am requesting a permit to place a 16' long x 8' wide x 8' tall POD container along the curb of
SW 103rd Ave at the base of my driveway from July 14-19, 2021. My address is 10330 SW
View Terrace, Tigard, OR 97224. We are moving and will be packing up our entire house. Our
driveway has a steep slope, so the only location to place the POD is on 103rd next to our
driveway apron. There is plenty of clearance under the trees and we will ensure the POD is
placed as close to the curb as possible.
Please call me at 716-983-1114 with any follow up questions.
Thank you.
John Snyder
